Reference Build · Anatomy of an Install

What a CRIT install actually looks like.

From a single tenant fit-up to a multi-building campus — here is the full breakdown of packages, the reference floorplan, the coverage layers, the timeline and the documentation you walk away with.

Packages / 01

Three ways CRIT shows up.

Every job is custom-scoped, but most fall into one of three shapes. Use these as a planning starting point — actual quote follows the site walk.

Reference Install / 02

Anatomy of a CRIT Standard install.

A 22,000 sq ft single-floor office with warehouse — drawn out the same way our project drawings come back to you. Toggle layers on and off.

Coverage / 03

What “coverage” actually means.

Three intersecting layers. Designed together, installed together, documented together.

MDF

Connectivity

Every workstation, conference room, camera and AP gets a Cat6/6A drop back to MDF or IDF — toned, verified, and labeled at both ends.

CAT6/6A TONED + VERIFIED LABELED BOTH ENDS

Camera Coverage

Every entrance, exit, corridor intersection and high-value zone is covered. Overlapping fields of view, zero exterior blind spots.

IP / 4K 30D RETENTION OVERLAP 15%

Wi-Fi Coverage

RF surveys before AP placement. Roaming hand-offs, dedicated guest VLAN, and capacity for the actual user count — not just the floorplan.

Timeline / 04

Seven weeks, end‑to‑end.

A typical Standard tier install. Larger jobs scale linearly — same milestones, longer pulls.
